Halloween

Halloween 2009

Finally, it is Saturday 31 October. Today it is Halloween and almost everyone here in Cleaves Hall is excited to go party tonight. We had a Halloween party at the primary school, so I have a witch had, the only thing I have to do now is to find something to wear with it in the colours black and purple. I couldn’t find anything so I decided to be a Christmas Present, much more original anyway. A few other girls went as witches, so we had witches enough. Some dressed as a little devil. Nalin was The Joker. John took a lot of effort to make a robot of him. We agreed on going to Pitches and Piano around 8 o’clock, but he was still busy painting his outfit at that time. Tommy wanted to go as penguin, it was a very good suit but also really hot to wear.
The Spanish guys, Roberto and Miguel (wearing a pink wig) dressed up as beautiful ladies, of course, they walked as John Wayne so it was a pretty sight. Valerie decided that dressing like a real English girl would be sufficient and she is quite right about that ….. Ilan and Jacqueline were two Mexicans, moustache included. A zombie, Phantom of the Opera, ancient Romans (Jean-Marco and friend), Rambo, ………. were also present.
After having a few drinks in the kitchen we finally went of around 10 o’clock. We would meet Valerie, Cas and Tine at Piches and Piano, so the group unfortunately already split up. Some of us going toe P&P and the others going to Ocean.
You would think that with al the fuss around Halloween, everybody would be dressed up but that was a bit of a disappointment. At P&P there were much more people with their normal clothes then being dressed up. But he, we had fun.
